Meredith - ACT improved from a 21 to a 23: Email received on Sunday, May 3rd , 2009

Hi Jason,  Meredith is so busy with prom and graduation that she asked me to inform you of her April ACT scores.  Her composite went up from a 21 to a 23.  She received about the same in reading and science (21) but went up to a 23 in math and pulled down a 29 in English!  She needed a 22 for the Distinguished Scholar Scholarship @ Anderson so will now receive$10,000 per year for her achievements, so thanks to you for all of your help.  We appreciate your time and concern so much.  Meredith was so much more confident this time when she went in to take the test.  Thanks for believing in her.  Mary

Zachary scored a 33 on his first attempt: Email received on Friday, May 1st, 2009

My son, Zachary took your ACT prep class last summer.  We were really pleased with his scores: Composite: 33, Science: 35, Math: 33, English: 31, Reading: 31.  I think taking your class gave him confidence and let him relax and do his best.  Thanks. Rhonda

Matthew - ACT improved from a 26 to a 30: Thursday, April 30th, 2009

Dear Jason,
 
Thank you for teaching Matthew's ACT preparation course.  We were
pleased with the results of his most recent test.  Matthew's composite
was 30 - compared to a 26 one year ago!  His subscores this year were:
 
English 34
Math 28
Reading 32
Science 26
 
Last year they were:
 
English 29
Math 29
Reading 25
Science 22
 
We are sure that without taking the course, Matthew would not have
scored nearly as well.

Adam - ACT improved from a 29 to a 33: Email received on Thursday, April 23rd, 2009

Dear Jason,

I just wanted to let you know the ACT Results for Adam  who took your course in Champaign just recently. He received a 29 on the test he took in February and he just received a 33 on the test he took at the beginning of April. He is very pleased and really enjoyed your course!

Stephanie - ACT improved from a 21 to a 25: Email received on Monday, April 20th, 2009

Hi Jason.

We got Steph’s scores from the April 4th test and I wanted to let you know how she did and how pleased we were with the new scores.  I really appreciate the time you took with her and we both think it helped.  She took the ACT in Dec and received a 21 Composite Score with the following subtest scores:  English 25, Mathematics 18, Reading 19, Science 23 and Combined English/Writing 22.  Her April 4th scores were:  25 Composite with the following subtest scores: English 24, Mathematics 27, Reading 27, and Science 23. 

We couldn’t believe the jump in the Math and Reading.  That is really what she practiced and focused on after we met with you.
